Vantine's Day and a How We Wednesday!

Guys has this year not flown by!?!? Already Valentine's Day! Hope everyone has a LOVEABLE day! :)

And for February it is: How We take care of ourselves!
As momma's everyone knows the mom puts herself last. You always get dinner for kids first, give kids the baths first, get appointments and EVERYTHING for kids, husband and family always come FIRST! So how do us momma's ever take care of ourselves?
Momma's we got to remember this! Self care is something everyone needs!
Of course you can find all kinds of lists on Pintrest and google on how to take self care but here is a few items I have put together that I have been working on myself for self care.
Drink MORE water!
I only drink water and coffee and an maybe a sprite here and there but I could always always drink MORE!
Take TIME for yourself!
Go get your hair done, nails done, or do some retail therapy!
I always try to make time at least once or twice a month and do something for myself!
Read more!
I just started really enjoying to read last December  and I have fell in love! I make time to read at least everyday weather it's a chapter or 5! :)
Work out more!
This is something I really need to work on.. I do some at home work out's at least 2 days a week but its a max of 15- 20 mins. I really need to work on this and do more to improve my body!
Unplug for an hour or two
Unplug from the social media world for at least an hour an day! You will never realize how much you need this until you do it. I don't do it everyday but really need to work on it more. But sometimes just put your phone down don't answer the texts, phone calls, or scroll through social media and take some time for your family and yourself.
I am an NIGHT owl.. like would rather stay up till 12 and just have time for myself. But that puts me going to sleep at 12:30 and getting up around 6 or 7 which is plenty of rest for me but I know my body could always use more. I wish I was a morning person but I am just not... Just remember to give your body the rest it needs.
