College...

College is HARD.

Is there anymore I need to say?

So I have mentioned before I have enrolled back into college and hopefully if everything stays on track I will be done in 3 years! I know I get myself down so much cause 3 YEARS seems like forever, but I know that these years will be some tough years but, it will fly by and be so WORTH it in the end!!

I am taking some of my last prerequisite classes this semester and they are all online. Online classes are a lot of work! Taking care of 2 small kids and working part-time is not the easiest thing to do but you just got to make it work! My husband has stepped up in helping with the kids, cooking supper or whatever needs to be done.

As I made my list of pros and cons of going back to college, the cons were just scary. Please don't let your cons win. Two of my biggest cons was,

1. MONEY! Come on it don't grow on tress anymore? #wishitdidthough
2. My time management. I did not want to take time away from my kids and family.

As a momma of 2 I always put my kids first and after so much thinking I knew that going back would be the best. I want to show my kids what mommy did, what all I accomplished and they get to see me work so hard for it.

I really wanted to write this post to encourage others to follow their dreams and to stop make excuses as to why you could not do this yourself, cause you can! So throw away those excuses and make it happen!! Do this for yourself and your family! Who care's if it takes you 4 or 5 years? Go at your own pace! Who cares if you have tons of student loans? You will get them paid off.
Don't think about it too much just do it!

Any questions please ask! :)

Now I am off to do some homework.. haha #storyofmylife
3 Math assignments and my Unit 2 test, Psychology test, Biology chapter 6 read along questions, Quiz, and Lab awaits me this week.
All to be completed by the end of the week with a SMILE on my face. :)
Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!
XOXO,
Steph.

  1. Good for you for juggling it all! Working part time has been such an adjustment for our family but I know it's going to be for the betterment of my family!
